ARRIVAL INFORMATION

• At home, self-screen for signs & symptoms of COVID-19 and other contagious illnesses. 
• 15 minutes prior to your appointment you will receive a check-in text. 
• Please wait until parked to check-in. 
• If the door is unlocked, you are welcome to enter the building to use the restroom or wait upstairs on a couch before your appointment, but please wait until notified by text to enter the suite. 
• The suite will be disinfected between each appointment. 

 If you have to cancel, please do so by phone at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or you will be required to pay 75% of the scheduled services. No-show appointments will be required to pay the full-service price. 

 All fees must be paid prior to booking future services.
